The
Norwegian Government, due to political pressures from the Sheep Ranchers, are
planning on killing two of the remaining three Wolf packs this Winter. Approx
18 animals will be shot & killed via Military helicopters. 18 animals out of
the 35-40 TOTAL wolves in Norway, almost 50% of the TOTAL WILD WOLF POPULATION!!
PLEASE
Write to the Minister of Environment,

and Voice your Concerns over this mismanagement.

2002~ I am saddened to report that Poland has apparently followed
Norway's lead in their Wildlife MIS-Management Policies. PLEASE take immediate
action by writing to these persons and explaining why these policies will be the
destruction of the wild wolf in Europe.
